ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Jenna Stelmok has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, recently delving deeper into her personal practice and receiving her RYT 200 certification from Dhyana Yoga. Her classes mindfully link breath with movement and make practice accessible for everyone. Expect a dynamic flow up front, balanced with the sweetness of restorative poses in each class.

ABOUT OUR SLIDING SCALE + PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN EVENTS

The Philadelphia Design Center (PDC) is a member-driven nonprofit coworking space and creative community hub. We are committed to supporting our city's diverse creative talent by providing inexpensive access to design technology, resources and space. We ask for your active participation in deciding your own contribution for this event! While we are currently refining our Sliding Scale Philosophy Statement, please refer to Ride Free Fearless Money's helpful round-up of Sliding Scale Pricing Models for assistance with deciding how much you can pay. If a sliding scale is implemented effectively, everyone will pay a similar percentage of their income to attend.
